I'm your host, Carl Radley
It wasn't until recently I was able to finally achieve my goal of reaching a weight I felt happy & healthiest, after multiple failed attempts throughout my adult life.

I now want to help others do the same.

One of the things I always found difficult was sticking to a healthy and sustainable diet while maintaining a high level of motivation. Some days would be easier than others, with the harder times resulting in making bad choices.

My goal and mission with the Weight Loss Warrior Podcast is to help people who struggle to stay inspired while trying to lose weight. I feel that by sharing real success stories from normal, every day people it can help to offer an extra level of support in between weigh-ins or when the biscuit tin starts calling late at night.

In addition to the Podcast, I offer coaching both at one to one level and through my course "The Click" to help people break the yo-yo diet cycle, build confidence and create a healthy mindset.
